Terms of Sale

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

1. Digital Content Licence All products sold are digital content. Purchases grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to use the items within STRP. You do not receive ownership of the assets or any underlying intellectual property. Digital items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money.

2. Delivery Digital content is delivered by activating the entitlements directly on your account, typically immediately after successful payment. We record delivery details (including timestamps, account ID, and IP/device information) for fraud prevention and proof of fulfilment.

3. Cancellation & Refunds (UK Consumers) By purchasing, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun (i.e., when the content is added or activated on your account). All sales are final, except where UK consumer law requires otherwise (for example, if the product is faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

4. Inactivity Revocation (OTP Items) If your account remains inactive for more than 31 consecutive days, STRP reserves the right to revoke One-Time Purchase (OTP) items and entitlements linked to that account. Once revoked, these items may be removed and potentially relisted for sale. You will have no further claim to any revoked entitlements.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks If you experience a billing issue, you agree to contact our support team first via Discord tickets. If a chargeback or dispute is filed after the digital content has been supplied, we may provide evidence of delivery and your acceptance of these Terms. Chargeback abuse or non-fraudulent disputes may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of all entitlements, and permanent restrictions on future purchases. In the event of a successful chargeback, you are not entitled to retain the digital content.
